Haggerty Nursing, Paramedic and EMT Scholarship Opportunity
In honor of former District 1 Alameda County Supervisor Scott Haggerty, this scholarship recognizes his unwavering respect and admiration for the men and women who dedicate their lives to serving on the front lines and saving lives every day. Supervisor Haggerty’s commitment has enabled us to fund this scholarship for many years to come, supporting students passionate about pursuing careers in nursing, paramedicine, or emergency medical services.
We are proud to offer two (2) $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors in the Dublin Unified School District who aspire to make a difference in these critical fields.
Scholarship Criteria
Applications now open. Recipients will be selected based on the following:
- Pursuing a Nurse, Paramedic and/or EMT Program
- Active school participation
- School Participation
- 2.5 GPA or Higher
- Financial Need

- The letter should include the name, occupation, and relationship of the recommender to the applicant.
