Resources for Educators

In February 2020, DPIE delivered a $150,000 technology grant that positively impacted all 12 school sites. Education Enrichment

DPIE runs a STEAM after school academy for all 8 elementary schools in Fall, Winter and Spring of each school year.  Through the success and popularity of our classes, we are able to donate back to each school, PFC and student body of all 8 elementary schools each quarter.  During the summer months, we offer summer camps to middle school and elementary students, as well as a High School academic program.

The intent of the CARE Grant program is to benefit all the 12 school sites within the DUSD district while ensuring that the initiative would touch upon at least one of the four DPIE Pillars of Service.

In Spring 2020, the DPIE Board of Directors approved an unprecedented $150,000 Technology Grant to DUSD that delivered over 550 Chromebooks and 18 accompanying Charging Carts that would serve every site in the mission of achieving 1:1 computing at all DUSD schools.
