DPIE Gives Back
Dublin Partners in Education (DPIE) gives back to the Dublin community in a variety of ways. Below is a breakdown of how we donated money back from 2019 to 2024.
Together, We can Breathe Life into the Future
Through our four C.A.R.E Pillars, (DPIE) supports the Dublin Unified School District.
1. Career & College Exploration
Career Exploration Day is supported by DPIE at all three Dublin middle schools – Cottonwood Creek K-8, Fallon and Wells. This program exposes students to a variety of career possibilities, as they engage with members of the business community.
2. Arts Education
DPIE supports development in the Arts for our students through educational offerings in Drama, Music and various hands-on art classes. We run classes in our after school prorgam as well as our summer academy.
3. Resources for Educators
In February 2020, DPIE delivered a $150,000 technology grant that positively impacted all 12 school sites. The result was the delivery of 540 Chromebooks on 15 charging carts and supplementary technology support, which proved to be a vital resource to the online transition required of students during the shelter-in-place order. 4. Education Enrichment
DPIE runs a STEAM after school academy for all 8 elementary schools in Fall, Winter and Spring of each school year. Through the success and popularity of our classes, we are able to donate back to each school, PFC and student body of all 8 elementary schools each quarter. During the summer months, we offer summer camps to middle school and elementary students, as well as a High School academic program.
