College Essay and PIQ Coaching Sessions
DPIE and Talentnook are offering personalized coaching sessions to help students craft compelling college essays and Personal Insight Questions (PIQs). Choose from two options: 5 hours or 10 hours of dedicated, one-on-one time with an experienced College Essay Coach. All sessions will be online video coaching and are available from Friday, October 4 to Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

Like anything else in life, coaching helps improve and reach the next level. College admissions are highly competitive, and college essays and PIQs give your student a chance to stand out among their peers. Our College Essay Coaches will help your student be authentic while standing out in the highly competitive crowd of Bay Area students.
A good writer also faces writer's block at some point. Our experienced College Essay Coaches will bring a fresh perspective to your student’s writing and help them think outside the box. As the deadlines are fast approaching, this is your student’s chance to complete a cohesive narrative by working smarter, not harder.
How many sessions should I buy?
To help you decide, we’ve created a guide below to estimate the ideal session package for your student. Keep in mind, this is just an estimate, and some students may require additional hours for optimal results.
What is the cost of the 1:1 sessions?
5 sessions of 1 hour = $565
10 sessions of 1 hour = $1,075
Notes:
All coaching hours should be completed by Wednesday, Nov 27, 2024. Any coaching time not used by this date will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Coaching hours can be purchased in the block of 5 or 10 hours depending on your student’s current status and coaching needs.
Additional hours may be required and can be purchased at a later date in increments of 1 hour.
What happens after I buy sessions?
Once you have enrolled in our program, you will receive a welcome email from Talentnook. On this email, there will be a link to a google form for your student to complete, which will then match them with the right College Essay Coach. You will then receive a second email from Talentnook with the name of the coach and a link to book your first session directly with that College Essay Coach.
Who are the Essay Writing Coaches and their qualifications?
Talentnook has hand-picked College Essay Coaches that have college essay experience, who understand the nuances involed in the college admission process.
