Fasten your seatbelts; we're in for some wild weather! This unit is all about the amazing and powerful forces of nature, as students explore the when, where, how and why of all kinds of natural phenomenon. These lessons are designed to improve your child's understanding of the forces of nature, while taking care not to alarm. Each LEGO® model represents the motion of that particular weather or event, with a seat for a mini-figure to take in the action! Take cover because we're about to take a trip through some wild weather! Kids will love to build moving models of a tornado, a tsunami, an earthquake and a cyclone using Bricks 4 Kidz proprietary instructions and LEGO® Bricks!  Learn how they move, why they happen and what you can do to stay safe!

This is a hands-on class where students build machines, buildings, vehicles and other structures out of LEGO® bricks, using one-of-a-kind model plans designed by Bricks 4 Kidz.  While exploring principles of engineering, architecture, physics and more, students will develop problem solving and critical thinking skills. Participants build a new project each week. Each class begins with a teacher-led discussion related to the day’s model. Once the project is completed, children use the rest of their time to expand their gadgets and collaborate with one another.
