A healthy body helps create a healthy mind. In this course, your child will learn how to integrate cooking, nutrition, and exercise into their lives in order to be the healthiest they can be. Immerse your children in one, two, or three weeks of hands-on fun. Each day, kids will put on an apron and get cooking, making foods they love, discovering new ones, and making new friends too. We can’t wait to get young chefs rolling, baking, cutting, discovering foods, and more unforgettable activities. The best part—they’ll get to eat everything they make! Plus, in our final class, kids get a chance to show off all the skills they’ve learned with a friendly Mystery Box team competition. Designed for grades K-5, our all-new summer series will boost your child’s kitchen confidence, all while having fun trying something new.

Young chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish and take home a packet of recipes. Share your love of cooking and boost your child’s confidence in the kitchen with a culinary experience they’ll never forget.

Aside from cooking, to build healthy humans, it's important we teach them nutritional education and how to enjoy exercise. We will spend time doing activities to promote healthy nutrition such as learning how to read food labels so they have the skills to make healthy choices at home, discussing which nutrients their bodies need to function at their highest potential, and exploring the food pyramid to maintain good health. Additionally, we will play fun sports to teach the balance between food, nutrients, and exercise emphasizing the importance of a well-balanced lifestyle.
